Do you work with GP Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) Clients?
For Psychology, yes we do. For all other services we offer affordable rates to ensure our clients are able to continue ongoing services. 
Can I discuss my concerns with the Psychologist or Counsellor before making an appointment?
Our Psychologists and Counsellors are very busy and often booked well in advance. Unfortunately they are not available to discuss concerns prior to making an appointment. Our administration staff are available to answer general questions about appointments and or assessments.
Do you provide services for other areas in Australia and remote areas?
Yes! We are able to provide support to individuals in all areas of Australia using remote technology (Telehealth). Almost anything can be achieved now using today’s technology. We can collect evidence by electronic questionnaires, email, video, Facetime, Zoom and other various mediums.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes! There is plenty of free parking on-site.
Do you work with NDIS Clients?
Yes! We work with self-managed and plan managed NDIS clients and bill these services according to the participants categories in the NDIS plan funding. 
Please Note: NDIS services are priced at the same rate as our private services.
Do you provide different types of appointments?
Yes! We understand what its like to have to take off work to run to appointments. The whole process can be very draining! We are happy to work with you and provide face to face, telehealth (video or phone), gather evidence electronically and video observations (if required).
Do you provide Pyschotherapy and Counselling for all family members?
Yes! We understand that all members in your family need support when dealing with these types of issues and we extend our support to siblings and parents or caregivers.
Do you have availability after business hours?
Yes! For Counselling services we do offer afternoon / after hours appointments. Please email us.
