Do you provide services for other areas in Australia and remote areas?

Yes! We are able to provide support to families in all areas using remote technology (Telehealth). Almost anything can be done now using today’s technology.  We can collect evidence by electronic questionnaires, email, video, Facetime, Zoom and other various mediums.

Do you provide Pyschotherapy and Counselling for all family members?

Yes! We understand that all members in your family need support when dealing with these types of issues and we extend our support to siblings and parents or caregivers.

Do you provide different types of appointments?

Yes! We understand what its like to have to take off work to run to appointments. The whole process can be very draining!

We are happy to work with you and provide face to face, telehealth (video or phone), gather evidence electronically and video observations (if required).

Can you do School Observations?

Absolutely. We will liaise with the teacher and the school / learning support to conduct in class observations if required (also available by video). We can review documentation and issue electronic questionnaires to make everyone’s life easier.

Do you work with GP Mental Health Plan Clients?

For Clinical Psychology, yes we do.  For all other services we offer reasonable rates to ensure our Clients are able to continue ongoing services.

Do you work with NDIS Clients?

Yes! We work with self-managed and plan managed NDIS clients and bill these services according to the participants categories in the NDIS plan funding.
